When I say the keyboard doesn't respond, I specifically mean using Control-Alt-Delete to bring up the Task Manager, so I can restart my computer. When I say mouse clicks don't respond, specifically clicking on buttons and controls in a web-page, the browser menus or close button, the any of the icons in my OS taskbar, the show desktop button. Note, it doesn't seem to happen if I just open and then close it, as I often do when I accidentally do now that this problem has started. This doesn't happen every time I open Chrome, but happens most of the times I try to use Chrome and go to a web-page other than my home page.
150 build, if I start Chrome and navigate to almost any web-page, including the Help > About page, Chrome and my system no longer respond to mouse clicks and doesn't respond to keyboard input such as Control-Alt-Delete.
